It was also crazy sock day at my favorite fitness class!
Crazy sock day |
Groundhog day has me thinking of how in the end my drinking pattern had become like a bad version of the movie. It went something like this:
- Think longingly about how lovely a glass of wine would be
- Convince myself I'd only have one glass (maybe two)
- Drink the whole bottle (sometimes more)
- Wake up at 3 am, unable to sleep
- Try unsuccessfully to understand why I'd had too much once again
- Feel terrible the next day, mentally and physically
- Repeat (not everyday but all to often)
I LOVE seeing the dogs who ate the blanket and remote and other things! LOL
ReplyDeletePoor babies. They must have a tummy ache!
I sure know the groundhog day feeling. Yuck! No more!
So happy you had a pink cloud day!
I love days like that!
Peace and Hugs!
Yes I love them, but they are NAUGHTY!
DeleteThat whole lather rinse repeat cycle is just awful, isn't it. So glad to be out of it!
ReplyDeleteYour pups are adorable!
Hugs,

Thanks...yes I am glad I got out!!
DeleteYour drinking day and mine are identical! My scale has stopped moving and I'm so over it. I still can't believe I haven't lost weight purely from giving up wine. It seems so unfair. Sorry about your remote and blanket too!
ReplyDeleteI agree. I keep thinking someone will look at me and tell me how wonderful I look or that I'm glowing or something...but I look exactly the SAME!!
Deleteomg, I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO know that groundhog feeling. just one glass, yeah right!! never happened. I am so glad to be out of that torture. the bathroom scales are another one of those tortures. I am posting on this tomorrow, as I have just read an amazing article.
